I’ve delivered HR strategy and visioning workshops with senior leadership teams across Fortune 100 companies, healthcare systems, engineering firms, and technology organizations- helping them define a clear north star and translate ambition into executable strategy.

As a strategist and operator, I’ve managed long, complex transformation programs in high-pressure environments: navigating hundreds of stakeholders, competing priorities, and large-scale changes across people, processes, and technology.
